Terms of Use

Effective date: April 21, 2026

Using Authra

Authra provides passwordless sign-in, recovery, and credential-management features. You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with the platform, access accounts without authority, or misuse stored credentials.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the devices and contact points you register with your account. Keep your device secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account or trusted device has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to commit fraud, harvest credentials, reverse engineer security controls, overload the platform, or attempt unauthorised access to other user accounts, systems, or data.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but the platform is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or change features as the product evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
