What we collect
Authra collects the information reasonably required to provide passwordless sign-in, account recovery, device enrolment, and credential-management features. That can include phone numbers, account identifiers, trusted-device records, security event logs, IP and browser metadata, and credentials you choose to store.
How we use it
We use this information to verify sign-in requests, secure accounts, operate recovery flows, detect abuse, and improve the reliability of the service. We do not sell personal information.
Disclosure
We may disclose information to hosting, messaging, analytics, support, and security providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.
Storage and security
Security data is stored in hosted infrastructure and access is limited to the systems and personnel required to operate the service. We use encryption, access controls, and audit logging as part of the platform design, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Australian privacy context
Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, Authra aims to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. This page is a baseline operating notice for the current product stage and may be updated as the service expands.
